She has a youthful appearance, looking to be around 20 or so years old, and could be considered quite attractive if it wasn't for one tiny detail; She's missing an eye. She has never spoken of how she's lost it, though it must obviously have happened before the embrace. She usually covers it up with some fashion accesory and thus makes the most of it, turning it into a visible 'trademark'. Her hair is usually short and playful, with the most commonly seen colors being dark red and black. She almost always wears black fashion.

She's a known patron of the arts, which has gained her some small measure of respect amongst high-society Kindred, though her unaligned status means that it's unlikely to develop beyond what little she has garnered. Rumor goes that she's considering joining the Invictus.

Lorraine Delauney was born in 1868 and embraced in 1889 Paris, France by an Anvari who had fallen in love with the city's new reputation for Sin as bordello's and opiate dens became almost commonplace during the Belle Époque that lasted until the start of World War 1. During and following World War 1, things went downhill, as war, shortages, and the depression plagued the city and much of France itself. Things proceeded smoothly for the Kindred however; The first world war made it more difficult to feed ofcourse, but most of them had established significant herds and could easily survive the war. This strategy would prove succesful during world war 2 aswell, although to a far lesser degree; The brutal reign of the German occupation forces would take their toll on the Kindred of the city, with a number of prominent Kindred meeting final death as a result, amongst them Lorraine's Sire, a prominent Anvari. The post-war rebuilding effort saw prosperity returned to the Kindred, however; soon, there was a more tempting city for an Anvari to make her home in; Amsterdam; And in 1981 she made her way to that city.

Some measure of dissapointment occured, ofcourse, as she learned of the ban on feeding in the Red Light District, but certainly the development of her own herd was ultimately the plan anyway, and she could easily bring that about. Another thing she could bring about to no small degree was her involvement with the drug trade in Amsterdam. While there are far bigger organizations that create, deal, and export drugs within the city, Lorraine Delauney is the indisputed drug queen of the Kindred. Not that that is a matter of public knowledge, exactly; Certainly the Kindred authorities know she has a significant stake in the drug trade, which they allow to a certain extent; But most Kindred on the street simply aren't in the know of either her business, or her heritage.
