Experience

How do we handle experience? Simple, you keep a journal of activity, send it to us at the end of each month, and we calculate an appropiate amount of XP for your character. You note down important chat and forum scenes, accomplishments, what your character has been learning, and so on. For an example, see the following XP Journal:

• Writer Name: Joe Schmoe
• Character Name: Vampire Bob
• Month: November
• Chat Scenes:
• 1) Vampire Bob discussed his latest conquests with Vampire Jill and Vampire Billy whilst relaxing in Elysium.
• 2) Vampire Bob succesfully escaped when he was being chased by werewolf runs-with-scissors after he inadvertedly set foot in their turf. The chase was long and involved blah and x and also a bit of blah blah.
• 3) Vampire Bob achieved a new city title as a reward for hard work in the past.
• Forum Scenes:
• 1) Vampire Bob got reprimanded by the Primogen for failing to heed a stop signal. (url to thread)
• 2) Vampire Bob spent time preparing for his next kill by cutting out letters from magazines so he can send the police one of those letters you always see serial killers sending in the movies. (url to thread)
• Additional Comments: I like pie.

It's easiest to just write this stuff down as it happens, that way you don't have to strain to remember what you did during the month when the time comes to start sending that XP journal. When you've got the information fully complete, send it to us, we'll be adding a section to the site where you can do that easily, however, until it becomes available, you can send the journals directly to me at lawine@chello.nl

We'll then calculate the amount of experience your character gets based on a highly advanced and secretive formula, get back to you, and you've got points to spend!
