Amsterdam Arena

The Amsterdam Arena is the World's first Stadium that has a roadway running underneath it, and also Europe's first stadium with a retractable roof, and is the homecourt of Ajax, one of the Netherland's most known football clubs. It has a total seating capacity of 51.600, and frequently hosts both sports and entertainment events besides it's usual venue as a football stadium. It's also the home-stadium of the Amsterdam Admirals, an american football team.

In it's immediate vincinity are also numerous office buildings and a shopping centre of considerable appeal known as the Arena Boulevard, which is home to more than 350 shops.
