City titles: Master of Elysium

The Master of Elysium is a Kindred who has been granted the prestige of owning and operating a court sanction Elysium; In it's broadest terms; A safe-haven where violence (at least between Kindred and their property) is not permitted. These locales usually (but not always) serve as social functions where the Kindred can gather on a nightly basis, and might include anything from nightclubs and bars, to museums and churches.

Being Master of Elysium is not in itself a powerful position to attain, but it does demonstrate considerable favor of the Kindred on the part of the Prince, and often serves as a springboard to greater responsibilities.

Some cross-use of the terms 'Master' and 'Keeper' of Elysium does occur, however, strictly speaking, 'Master of Elysium' refers only to that Kindred whose Elysium is host to Court events, whereas Keeper refers to any minor Elysium.
